Great planning by the team as usual. They were at the location early in the morning just to prepare everything and keep us updated on the situation.Lovely location, amazing team, great fun. |

This event had challenging weather at the start but the community came through and we had a great time. |

A few no shows as usual but most of the models communicated beforehand, and the weather played a huge factor. |

| Suggestions of what or how to improve |
Meeting points at key locations bus stops, train stations could be used to arrange car pools together. A few models had trouble to arrive at the location because they walked all they way.At the moment we have a section for models to say what styles they are interested in. Maybe we cal do a similar section for photographers. Photographers can indicate on their portfolio how they handle the after shoot part. Rough timeline for editing time. Do models get unedited pictures, or only a selected list of edited pictures. |

The team behind the MegaShoot went all out again to plan the event.Fantastic website, and booking system, usefull emails.Wonderull system that sends emails about upcoming shoots with information about the modelsphotographers.Great location for everyone to shoot and provide changing opportunities, as well as snacks. 1010 |

Meeting photographers and just having a laugh while waiting for the next time slot. I had 5 empty slots on the day but didnt get bored because there were plenty of interesting people to talk to.Clear and precice communication arround anything and all related to the event. |

The only negative thing for these events are the no shows. Life happens and things change, we all understand that some cancellation can occur. However the no show rate for the last event was bad. I alone had 3 No Shows in a row. 3 Models that did not even bother to cancel beforehand, or send me a single message to let me know. This behaviour would destroy a professional reputation. |

Exclude people who do not show up models and photographers and enforce a participation deposit that is voided if someone does not show up. |

I think this was my favourite group shoot to date and i loved the location as it had toilets, beach , coffee and food areas , rocks , grass areas , and it was not far from the car park in case anything was needed from the car. |

Overall it was an absolutely fantastic day out. I had a blast, the vibes were great, all my photographers were phenomenal and I'm so glad i came out. It was lovely getting to meet new people, and i cannot praise the organisers enough for all the work they put into these events. |

All my photographers were super-lovely, and we all had a great time. I loved that the organisers set up the site to e-mail all users about timing and which person they were shooting with next. The organisers were so lovely and it's so generous of them to provide refreshments and snacks for attendees. |

One thing I want to point out was that there were several male photographers who did not follow protocol snapping photos or filming me and other models without our consent while we were shooting with our allotted photographers. Neither I nor the photographer should have to stop what we're doing to tell an industry peer to behave like a professional. |

| Suggestions of what or how to improve |
I understand that this may not be possible, but if there could be some sort of monitoring or signaling system to flag these types of photographers or models who take footage of others without consent. It should be marked on their profiles that they've displayed this kind of unprofessional behavior, as it is a violation, and I'd like to be able to avoid or even black-list them if it's persistent behaviour. Another item I'd suggest is a station for models and photographers who've had cancellations where they can try to match up with someone in their allotted free time. I wasn't impacted by No-Shows, but I'd imagine it would be a great relief to those who've been let down to still get to produce work on the day. |

Very little papparazi mentality. People stuck with their models to create a style, little to no over the shoulder shooting. Fantastic website and functionality |

Gave negative feedback with my name about a model that did not show up. The model retaliated by claimng that I was rude and creepy in the messages. Happy to share the messages that I had with her. 1 single message where i said i was looking forwards to work with her, and share a moodboard. |

Less emails. Exlude people that dont show up for a certain time.Tent area for gear and people when it rains.Auto cancel bookins requests that were not approved within 48 hours.No anonymous feedback. More frequent events. |

A Glorious Day at the MegaShoot Forest Shoot 2024The MegaShoot event this year was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Taz and his phenomenal team! Once again, they pulled off an incredible gathering that brought together a vibrant mix of talented photographers and stunning models, both familiar faces and fresh talent.The location was perfect a picturesque setting that provided endless opportunities for creativity. The weather couldn't have been better it was as if the sun itself was cheering us on, casting the ideal lighting for our shots. The scenery? Absolutely breathtaking! Every corner of the venue offered a unique backdrop, making it an ideal playground for our photographic adventures.It was exhilarating to see so many new faces on both sides of the lens. The energy was infectious as photographers and models mingled, collaborated, and created magic together. The camaraderie and mutual support were heartwarming, and it was clear that everyone was having a fantastic time.Taz and his team deserve a standing ovation for their impeccable organization and attention to detail. They ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on what we love doing best capturing and creating beautiful moments.Here's to another successful MegaShoot event and to many more in the future! I would just like to say thank you so very much for all your hard work and what a wonderful event. I've been to three events now and each event impresses me so much.How well it is ran so very professional. Like a Swiss watch. Both models and photographers come back year on year. That is a testament to how well it is thought of and ran Taz and his team Should become professional event organizers. I cannot recommend highly enough how much fun the day are. I really enjoyed this one, not even 1 complaint , no injuries , no issues , people have settled well into the format and shoots and generally done with enough time to return to base and change for the next shoot, so pretty much everything went well and as planned and then we had the good weather once again so win win ! |

Despite the weather all in attendance were in good spirits and everyone seemed to get something from the day out at the beach. |

NO SHOWS !! Last Minute Refusal of Shoots in the days Hours leading up to the event, and as can be seen most had no intention of turning up on the day. |

The NO Shows and Last Minute cancellation of bookings is a little frustrating to say the least. Perhaps a little monetary deposit or a small fee for taking part might force people to think twice before making themselves available for events. |
