The team behind the MegaShoot went all out again to plan the event.Fantastic website, and booking system, usefull emails.Wonderull system that sends emails about upcoming shoots with information about the modelsphotographers.Great location for everyone to shoot and provide changing opportunities, as well as snacks. 1010 |

Meeting photographers and just having a laugh while waiting for the next time slot. I had 5 empty slots on the day but didnt get bored because there were plenty of interesting people to talk to.Clear and precice communication arround anything and all related to the event. |

The only negative thing for these events are the no shows. Life happens and things change, we all understand that some cancellation can occur. However the no show rate for the last event was bad. I alone had 3 No Shows in a row. 3 Models that did not even bother to cancel beforehand, or send me a single message to let me know. This behaviour would destroy a professional reputation. |

Exclude people who do not show up models and photographers and enforce a participation deposit that is voided if someone does not show up. |

The website was a little tempermental for me I raise my hands it could in part be me. But I would get notification emails from the system and when I went on the site I couldn't see someones message or the change that the email stated. It also will not allow me to make changes to my profile, when I save it reverts to what it was previously. It is only a small thing because over all the experience was amazing. |

Overall it was an absolutely fantastic day out. I had a blast, the vibes were great, all my photographers were phenomenal and I'm so glad i came out. It was lovely getting to meet new people, and i cannot praise the organisers enough for all the work they put into these events. |

All my photographers were super-lovely, and we all had a great time. I loved that the organisers set up the site to e-mail all users about timing and which person they were shooting with next. The organisers were so lovely and it's so generous of them to provide refreshments and snacks for attendees. |

One thing I want to point out was that there were several male photographers who did not follow protocol snapping photos or filming me and other models without our consent while we were shooting with our allotted photographers. Neither I nor the photographer should have to stop what we're doing to tell an industry peer to behave like a professional. |

| Suggestions of what or how to improve |
I understand that this may not be possible, but if there could be some sort of monitoring or signaling system to flag these types of photographers or models who take footage of others without consent. It should be marked on their profiles that they've displayed this kind of unprofessional behavior, as it is a violation, and I'd like to be able to avoid or even black-list them if it's persistent behaviour. Another item I'd suggest is a station for models and photographers who've had cancellations where they can try to match up with someone in their allotted free time. I wasn't impacted by No-Shows, but I'd imagine it would be a great relief to those who've been let down to still get to produce work on the day. |

I really enjoyed this one, not even 1 complaint , no injuries , no issues , people have settled well into the format and shoots and generally done with enough time to return to base and change for the next shoot, so pretty much everything went well and as planned and then we had the good weather once again so win win ! |

Another great Megashoot somewhat spoiled by the weather. Very well organised, but of course we had no control over the weather. A few models decided to call it a day when the weather got poor but well done to those who carried on. |

Mega Shoot is an amazing day. Two people who come regularly, it's like a family. My thanks to the organisational team, they are amazing. It is so well run, it's quite incredible. I have met new people in my life who have become friends. True. Megashoes. It is amazing opportunity to meet and network with people of the same interest? It's also very interesting to watch other photographers work. And the way they handle the shoot. I would like to thank the guys again for organising. It came out of work they put in is quite incredible. People should really appreciate this. Between the websites. The organisation just blows my mind. Getting emails. When you're next shoots on, what are your models registered in or not? There's nothing more you can ask her. I think they even have a deal with the weather gods of Ireland. |

Fantastic event, I was only able to stay for the morning part I was supposed to have 3 shoots but there were 2 no shows but the organisers helped me out by asking one model who was free to do some shooting with me so I shot two models in total. |

As others have already said.... Models cancelling bookings late or pulling out of the entire event without any communication feels very disrespectful. There may be genuine reasons for cancelling but I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a short message or apology. In contrast, a very small number of models who cancelled did contact me and we have already arranged to shoot together soon, but the majority said nothing. |

I think this was my favourite group shoot to date and i loved the location as it had toilets, beach , coffee and food areas , rocks , grass areas , and it was not far from the car park in case anything was needed from the car. |

His was my first time attending, and overall, I really enjoyed the event it was well organised and ran smoothly. I had booked four shoots, but only three ended up happening as one of the models had to leave due to the rain. They did let me know, so I completely understand and dont hold that against them. I do wish I had booked more sessions in advance, as once I walked around to see if I could fill the gap, I found that there were mostly photographers waiting and very few models available for ad-hoc shoots. Despite that, it was a great experience and a fantastic concept. Looking forward to the next one Ill definitely plan ahead better next time |

Gave negative feedback with my name about a model that did not show up. The model retaliated by claimng that I was rude and creepy in the messages. Happy to share the messages that I had with her. 1 single message where i said i was looking forwards to work with her, and share a moodboard. |

A Glorious Day at the MegaShoot Forest Shoot 2024The MegaShoot event this year was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Taz and his phenomenal team! Once again, they pulled off an incredible gathering that brought together a vibrant mix of talented photographers and stunning models, both familiar faces and fresh talent.The location was perfect a picturesque setting that provided endless opportunities for creativity. The weather couldn't have been better it was as if the sun itself was cheering us on, casting the ideal lighting for our shots. The scenery? Absolutely breathtaking! Every corner of the venue offered a unique backdrop, making it an ideal playground for our photographic adventures.It was exhilarating to see so many new faces on both sides of the lens. The energy was infectious as photographers and models mingled, collaborated, and created magic together. The camaraderie and mutual support were heartwarming, and it was clear that everyone was having a fantastic time.Taz and his team deserve a standing ovation for their impeccable organization and attention to detail. The location was awesome, the vibes were immaculate, and the rain actually behaved were still not over that miracle.Huge shoutout to Taz and his powerhouse team for pulling it all together like pros. I've been to three events now and each event impresses me so much.How well it is ran so very professional. Like a Swiss watch. Both models and photographers come back year on year. NO SHOWS !! Last Minute Refusal of Shoots in the days Hours leading up to the event, and as can be seen most had no intention of turning up on the day. |

The NO Shows and Last Minute cancellation of bookings is a little frustrating to say the least. Perhaps a little monetary deposit or a small fee for taking part might force people to think twice before making themselves available for events. |

It's my first time and am absolutely in love with atmosphere, with amazing and talented people I met there. It's very friendly and stressFree megashoot Taz, thank you for everything, was so sweet to meet you, and really respect you for all work you involved there. |
