Hi my name is Ryan Im an EQF level 4 personal trainer My Fitness Journey began in 2013 when I came to the stark realisation that living the student lifestyle had gotten the better of me I was forced to confront the fact that I had let myself go and I made a promise to myself that I was going to get back into shape no matter what it tookIn the beginning I was unsure of how to go about this but with a combination of hard work practice and dedication I was able to achieve my goals in a relatively short space of time I lost 15kg in just a few months Losing bodyfat and adding muscle turned out to be a massive confidence booster for me I felt like I could take on the world Once I had discovered a passion for going to the gym there was no turning back and my enthusiasm has lead me to become a personal trainer so that I can help other people who are struggling with the same problems I used to have
